Looking for Patient Representative

An exciting opportunity in an industry changing, innovative, fast growing health care company.


  • Fluent English (speaking and writing), other languages are a plus
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing patients and personal services. This includes patients needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of patients satisfaction.
  • Life science / medical background preferred
  • Healthcare experience preferred
  • Actively looking for ways to help people.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to work outside of working hours if needed
  • Thai Nationality Only


  • Support prospective patients via phone, e-mail and chat channels.
  • Help patients throughout their journey from the moment they inquire until they complete their medical treatments, whilst creating meaningful interactions with patients to ensure high levels of satisfaction
  • Act as an intermediary between patients and clinics within the network.
  • Collect feedback from patients on their medical travel experience.
  • Contact potential partners (clinics, health insurers and others) in the respective markets and implement a successful sales channel
