Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all social media channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Google+ and Instagram
  • Develop social media plans
  • Research content and develop daily social media content
  • Post content to a variety of social media
  • Edit and post social media content
  • Monitor and analyze social media content
  • Analyzing social media insights to guide future social media campaigns.
  • Keeping up to date with advances in social media technology and the latest social media platforms.
  • Monitoring social media for customer comments both positive and negative.
  • Continuous research into new relevant social media channels and their impact on the brands marketing.
  • Report progress to the Digital marketing manager on periodic basis verbally and in writing


  • Proven work experience as a social media manager, with at least 1 year experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Social Media, international relations, or relevant field
  • Ability to create daily social media content
  • Skilled in using Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and other social media
  • Knowledge and skills in using media monitoring and analytical tools
  • Proficient writer and editor
  • Organized
  • Fluent in English
